was established to be a retail sales center for manufactured housing in November of 1971 and was originally located on Appleway Street in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. In the Spring of 1989 Appleway Homes relocated to its new home which is located just five miles north of I-90 on Highway 95 Hayden, Idaho.

Appleway Homes is a long standing member of the Idaho Manufactured Housing Association and has received both the 'Professional Dealership Award' and their 'VIP' Award for the State of Idaho. In 1994 Idaho State awarded Appleway Homes with their 'Family Business of the Year' award. Throughout the years in business Appleway has been awarded numerous 'customer satisfaction awards' which is earned on customer service after the sale and is of utmost importantance to our family.
